Space Environment Simulation Test Chamber

Introduction:

The low Earth orbit space between 200 and 600 kilometers above the ground is the primary operational region for spacecraft such as observation satellites, weather satellites, and space stations. The Earth's orbital environment contains atomic oxygen, ultraviolet radiation, particle radiation, high vacuum, plasma, thermal cycling, as well as micrometeoroids and space debris, which pose serious threats to the service life and stability of spacecraft.

Parameters:

1) Temperature range: -45°C to 65°C, control accuracy ±1°C

2) Cooling rate: 25°C to -45°C ≤ 3h (no load)

3) Heating rate: 25°C to 65°C ≤ 1h (no load)

4) High-temperature environment: temperature 35°C to 65°C, humidity 60%RH to 80%RH

5) Driving wind speed: 0 to 120 km/h adjustable (i.e., wind speed at 30 cm from the fan outlet; driving wind tests are conducted when the cabin temperature is above -15°C).

6) Rainfall: 0 to 50 mm/h

7) Snowfall: 0 to 10 mm/h

8) Illumination: 0 to 1200 W/m²

9) Pressure range: The pressure inside the environmental control cabin is maintained at a slight positive pressure (0 to 50 PA) (All the above parameters can be customised according to user requirements).
